Overview

Kynox Hub sells digital access — license keys and script time (free Get Key keys, 30-day passes, store bundles, wallet top-ups used for purchase). Once a key is working on your account or device, we usually can’t “take back” the script access, so refunds are limited.

This page explains when we might still help, and when we can’t.

When we might refund

We may review a refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same order and we can see it on our side.
  • You paid but never received a key or product, and support confirms it was our fault.
  • We removed a game from support right after you bought a product only for that game, and we didn’t offer a replacement.
  • There was a clear website or payment bug — not a problem with Roblox, your executor, or your internet.

When we usually say no

Refunds are normally not given if:

  • The key was already activated, used, or linked to your device.
  • You shared the key, got it leaked, or tried to use it on too many devices.
  • The script stopped working because the game updated, Roblox patched, your executor doesn’t support it, or your account was banned.
  • You changed your mind after the key worked, or you only used part of the time (for example a few days of a 30-day pass).
  • Free Get Key issues that are within the normal rules (limits, expiry, verification).

Wallet balance

Money added to your Kynox wallet is meant to be spent on the site. We don’t cash out wallet balance to your bank. Refunds to wallet may happen only when support approves a case above.

How to ask for help

Contact us on Discord within 7 days of the purchase. Send your order info, Discord username, Roblox username if relevant, and a short explanation of what went wrong.

If we approve a refund, it may go back to your wallet or the original payment method — we’ll tell you what’s possible for your case.
